Program includes:

Assembly
Monty performs his award-winning songs for your entire school (PK-5th). Students will enjoy a live interactive concert experience while learning a few basics of songwriting.

Workshop
One group of up to thirty 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade students will create lyrics and music on the spot while exploring the ins and outs of songwriting in two one-hour sessions.

Teacher's Guide
Teachers are provided an extensive guide to help them use songwriting in the classroom. Correlation to relevant Oklahoma PASS standards is included.

Oklahoma Arts Council Support
After reimbursement through the Performing Arts Corps grant the cost to any Oklahoma school for this program is only $125.
