The 1999 summer reading program theme in Oklahoma was "Yippi Yi Yo, Join the Read Stampede" so Monty put together a show called "Way-Out West." We had a "foot stompin', rope swingin' barrel of fun" travelling around Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas, meeting new fans and picking out familiar faces or as they sometimes call themselves, "Monty Groupies." - Monty and Lisa |
