The Just Plain Folks music awards only nominate 20 songs for each category out of the 560 thousand total songs entered! It's the largest music awards program in history! My song, "I Took My Dragon For a Walk" is one of this year's nominees in the children's songs category! This month I'm touring libraries around Oklahoma and Kansas. The summer reading theme is "Be Creative @ Your Library." Evalyn and I are spending a week at Camp Inquiry in upstate NY, where I'll be writing songs with the kids. Send it in by email and we'll post it! Dr. Seuss Lyrics We've had a lot of requests for the new "Dr. Seuss" version of the song "Hanging Out With Heroes at the Library." This latest version hasn't been recorded, however you can get the words, plus an instrumental recording of the song, and sing it yourself!
